Shipping
All of our jewelry is made to order, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your order to be
delivered.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We use USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail.
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping/handling for US Domestic Shipping.
FedEx shipping is availalbe for a flat rate of $25.00. After your order has been
shipped, UBBU will send an email to you to confirm shipment along with
a tracking number.
Taxes
By law, ubbu collects sales tax for items being shipped to California only. We do
not collect taxes for shipment to any other states. The tax is automatically
calculated at the time of checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in its original
condition (items must be unworn) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Please send us an email at returns@shopubbu.com for a return merchandise
authorization number (RMA). Do not return any product to us without an RMA number.
We suggest you package the items in the original or similar packaging and ship to us
via UPS or any other shipping method with tracking capabilities. We cannot issue a
refund if your package is lost or damaged. We are not responsible for lost packages.
